Production steps

1. Profile extrusion

Aluminium profile press consists of two production lines by the world leading manufacturers.

Min profile material thickness: 0.7 mm.
 Max diameter: 300 mm.
 Max length: up to 14 m.
 Profile weight (per 1 meter): up to 30 kg.

2. Finish coating

When manufacturing profiles according to individual drawings, we use a protective decorative coating that complies with international quality standards.

Polymer powder coating

A special substance is applied to the preliminary prepared profile surface, which hardens and forms an impermeable polymer film. Strong adhesion is ensured due to the magnetism of paint particles to the electrostatic field of the aluminium profile.

The powder polymer coating is resistant to unfavourable weather conditions and corrosion.

Profile anodizing

A structured oxide layer is artificially formed on the aluminium surface.

Anodizing extends the service life, protects against corrosion and emphasises noble metal.

Woodgrain effect

At high temperatures, the special ink used for decorating penetrates into the structure of the pre-applied powder polymer coating.

This type of decorative coating protects the profiles from aggressive influences and gives them a unique look, imitating wood pattern.

3. Package and marking

To prevent damage to the profiles, we use package consisting of various types of packaging materials: covering the front profile surfaces with protective polyethylene films with and without logo, transparent and black-and-white films, stretch wrapping, packing with cushioning paper, etc. Marking allows you to trace the stages of production of each product, if necessary.

Stages of cooperation

  • 1. Request

    You provide a drawing (sketch) with dimensions and type of surface (for coated and anodized profiles) or a profile sample.

  • 2. Estimation and calculations

    We assess profile manufacturability, develop drawings and optimise the order in terms of price and quality. Then we send our recommendations on profile modifications and changes made in drawings for you agreement.

  • 3. Price quote

    We negotiate and agree upon the price of the profile and its production at factories located in the Middle East. Usually it takes 5 to 7 days for assessment and comprising a price quote.

  • 4. Preparation of design documents

    At this stage, we develop design documents and engineering drawings and we also agree with you upon all technical details. This takes 5 to 7 working days.

  • 5. Templates and tooling

    We manufacture tooling according to the agreed engineering drawings. At this stage, it takes up to 5 weeks.

  • 6. Preproduction model

    We produce a profile prototype or a profile preproduction lot, if requested. The lead time at this stage is up to a week.

  • 7. Manufacturing

    We conclude a production contract after you have accepted a prototype and prepare to implement profile production technology. 

    To order your first lot, you need to decide on the optimum length and coating type (anodizing, powder coating, decorative coating or without coating). 

    Orders from 350 kg per tool are accepted. Production time is up to 21 calendar days.

  • 8. Delivery

    We agree with you upon shipping conditions, package options and types of shipment.
